We currently run two weekly classes for adults at Mossley Community Centre. Our classes used to be drop-in but as a result of Covid-19 we now ask that you book your place in advance by contacting Olivia either via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning 07983469398. Olivia is the dance artist who will be running the classes and will be able to answer any questions or queries you may have.

Friday mornings during term time.
10am - 11am
£5 per class or £16 for a block of five classes.
Join dance artist, Olivia Peers on Friday mornings for a dance exercise class specifically designed for ladies and gentlemen of a certain age! Build up your fitness by getting down with your bad self to great music whilst learning fun, easy and stylish routines. This energetic class uses whole body movement to help you improve your mobility, strength, balance and coordination.
Wednesday evenings during term time.
8:00pm - 9:00pm
£6 per class or £20 for a block of five classes.
Join us on Wednesday evenings for a dance class with a difference. Progress, at you own speed, through movement exercises and original sections of choreography in a contemporary style. This class uses dance as a way to keep fit, healthy and happy, with influences from pilates and yoga.
